BEDMINSTER, NJ -- The Somerset County Department of Health on Sunday reported 3,907 cases of COVID-19 in the county, an increase of 26 over the previous day.

There was one new case in Bernardsville, which has had 61 total cases, and no new cases in Bedminster, which has had 38 total cases.

Statewide, there is a total of 154,154 cases, an increase of 1,050 overnight, with 11,133 deaths reported, an increase of 52 since Saturday, according to the State Department of Health.

The most recent three-day average of new cases in New Jersey is 894, a 55 percent drop from the three-day average of new cases just two weeks ago. The number of COVID-19 patients hospitalized as of late Saturday was 2,857, an 18 percent drop in just six days.
