Norris McLaughlin & Marcus Welcomes New Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate

Eric Loi

The Bridgewater-based law firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. is pleased to welcome Eric Loi to the Firm.  He joins the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group as an Associate. 

Loi counsels clients with respect to incentive and equity-based compensation agreements, change in control agreements, and executive employment and separation agreements.  He also has experience with the design, implementation and administration of qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plans, including reviewing prototype and volume submitter documents, drafting employee communications, and handling ERISA fiduciary matters. 

Prior to entering private practice, Loi was a senior tax associate at the National Tax Department of a “big four” Accounting Firm. He earned his B.A. from Bucknell University, his J.D. from State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and his tax LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.
