Peapack-Gladstone Celebrates National Night Out TONIGHT With Movie and More Fun


PEAPACK AND GLADSTONE NJ - The twin borough will celebrate the National Night Out with a "Movie Under the Stars" tonight at the Municipal Field on School Street in Peapack.  

The festivities will get underway at 6:30 PM with a Meet and Greet with the Peapack-Gladstone Police Department, the Peapack-Gladstone Fire Department and the Peapack-Gladstone First Aid Squad.

The movie will begin at 8:30 with classic Looney Tunes cartoons, followed by the Feature Presentation "The Princess Bride".  The movie is presented free of charge courtesy of the Peapack-Gladstone Recreation Commission.

National Night Out is presented by the Peapack-Gladstone Police Department and first responders, and the Peapack-Gladstone Recreation Commission.

Franklin Township: Township Clerk Reinstated and Charges Dismissed

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ - Insurance fraud charges against Franklin Township Clerk Ann Marie McCarthy have been dropped, according to officials. 

"Ann Marie McCarthy has been reinstated," Township Manager Bob Vornlocker said in an email. "All charges filed by the Somerset County Prosecutor have been unconditionally administratively dismissed."
