GLADSTONE NJ - NJ TRANSIT’s regular Gladstone Branch rail service along the Morris & Essex Lines is temporarily suspended until further notice due to emergency repair work. Customers should check njtransit.com for updated information. Customers also should listen for station announcements for alternate train service.

NJ TRANSIT rail tickets and passes are being cross-honored on Lakeland buses from the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

NJ TRANSIT will operate substitute bus service between Summit and New Providence as well as direct service between Summit and Berkley Heights stations. For customers travelling to points west of Berkley Heights, direct bus service also will be provided between Summit and Murray Hill, where customers will board a shuttle train making all local stops to Gladstone.
