Relax and unwind with friends while learning to paint with professional artist and educator Priscilla Flores, Friday, September 21, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bedminster’s historic Jacobus Vanderveer House & Museum.  Participants will learn painting styles and techniques, while creating their own masterpieces using acrylics on canvas.  Cost of the program is $35.  Museum members $25. Priscilla Flores is a visual artist and New Jersey-certified art educator, working with paint, photography and clay.  She has instructed students throughout Somerset County for the past five years, and currently teaches art in the upper school at Morristown-Beard School in Morristown, NJ.  Ms. Flores holds a master’s degree in Education from Boston College.  She studied visual arts at the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston and School of Visual Arts in New York, as well as ceramics at Raritan Valley Community College.
