Donations run the gamut from unusual items to Halloween costumes (popular at the fall sale) and clothing for men, women and children, whether casual clothing or high fashion set aside in special departments.

Proceeds from the volunteer-run sale will provide home health, hospice care and wellness services to community members and families in need.

This year's fall rummage sale is scheduled to be held at the fairgrounds from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 7 to 8, and from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 9.
