The vision of The Arc Foundation of Somerset County is to ensure the financial viability of The Arc of Somerset County’s programs and Camp Jotoni, located in Warren Township, which support lifetime achievement and success to each of the individuals served.

Hillsborough Police Ask for Help Tracking Down Naked Peeping Tom

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - Police are seeking help from the public to identify a "Peeping Tom" who has exposed himself and been sighted naked in the vicinity of residents' homes.

Four sightings have been reported since July 31; police say it is the same person in at least two of those incidents.
