BERNARDSVILLE, NJ - Jessica Mauceri, owner of Fairytale Inc. in Bernardsville, is developing a new way of doing business amidst COVID-19 non-essential business shut-downs.

Fairytale Inc. is formerly known as the go-to destination for crafty and cool children’s birthday and celebration party packages.  Parties, held on-site, were complete with activities, decor, snacks and add-on options like slime and candy bars.  Mauceri explained, “Fairytale, Inc. is a service business. I have had to come up with new ways to continue to support my family. I am a single Mom and this is my only income”.

With indoor gatherings currently limited to 10 people or fewer, requirements to wear masks and social distance, Mauceri had to find a way to keep her business alive.  “We are currently offering craft kits to go, virtual classes and masks for all,” said Mauceri.  A quick visit to her website,, reveals all the new offerings she has available.  Be sure to follow the link to her Facebook page to watch some DIY videos and get updates on new items and craft kits as they become available.  Fairytale, Inc. is currently offering shipping or delivery direct to your doorstep.

Mauceri promises to keep innovating and molding her business model.  “We will come out of this pandemic in a different capacity than when we went in,” Mauceri said.  “I will be offering more retail, such as smelly stickers, and we are expanding into offering nostalgic candy, and we are even bringing in a Slush Puppie machine. We are also moving our location to downtown Bernardsville to better support our new business model”.

She encourages customers inspired to help local small businesses to support Fairytale, Inc. by purchasing one of their to-go kits, signing up for a future camp or buying gift cards.  Mauceri said, “this has been a time of great stress and anxiety but the support that I have felt from the Bernardsville community has been amazing and I am truly grateful”.
