BEDMINSTER, NJ -- Saturday, Oct. 26 will mark the final Bedminster Farmers' Market until 2020.
Located at the corner of River Road and 202/206 South, the Farmers' Market offers just-picked produce, pasture-raised meats, homemade-style soups, sauces, baked goods and even a bouquet of flowers for the table.
Area attendees might be tempted to make a day of it with the Bedminster Charities Fall Fest going on concurrently on River Road. A family fun day with live music and entertainment, food trucks, beer/wine garden and kids games and activities, again returns to River Road Park in Bedminster from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26.
Admission is $5 per person. Kids age three and under are free at the event for area residents.
Last year's Fall Fest was canceled because of heavy rains.
Fall Fest charity fundraiser for seven Bedminster-based organizations: Pottersville Volunteer Fire Company, The Center for Contemporary Art, Far - Hills Bedminster Fire Department, Far Hills - Bedminster First Aid Squad, Friends of the Jacobus Vanderveer House, Friends of the Clarence Dillon Public Library and Bedminster School Parent Teacher Organization.
