BERNARDSVILLE, NJ -- The Somerset County Department of Health reported a total of 3,717 coronavirus cases on Saturday, an increase of 35 overnight.

There were 60 cases in Bernardsville, with one new case reported overnight, and 35 cases in Bedminster, which was the same total in that township as on Friday.

Statewide, there have been 145,089 cases, an increase of 1,184 overnight, with 10,249 deaths reported, according to the State Department of Health. Saturday is the seventh consecutive day that the daily total of new COVID-19 cases in the state has been under 1,500.

Somerset County residents who are exhibiting symptoms are encouraged to get tested for the coronavirus. The test site at Raritan Valley Community College, located at 118 Lamington Road, will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, and Thursday, May 21.
