BERNARDSVILLE, NJ -- TAPinto Somerset Hills continues with Day 2 of its three-day summary of the proposals submitted by each of the three development groups bidding to handle Bernardsville's downtown revitalization.

The borough received three responses to its Request for Proposals beginning of July. Those responses came from Advance Realty, AST Development Corporation and the tandem of Melillo Equities and Claremont Development. The responses were reviewed by consulting development firm Topology and the Downtown Revitalization Committee.

Today's article will focus on the proposal from AST Development Corporation.
