Somerset Prosecutor Investigates Jan. 9 Shooting Death

BOUND BROOK, NJ – A 29-year-old Old Bridge man is dead following a shooting incident at residence on Farm Lane in Bound Brook on Jan. 9, according to Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson.

Chief of County Detectives John W. Fodor, and Bound Brook Chief of Police Vito Bet confirmed the death of Terrence C. Coulanges.

SOMERVILLE, NJ – Vojkan Zlatkov, the affable owner of Courthouse Subs, who knew  his regular customers by name as well as their preferred breakfast or lunch order, died suddenly on Sunday, Jan. 6.

Eight Occupants Escape; Somerville Man Charged with Setting Fire to Hillsborough Residence

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - A 34-year-old Somerville man faces charges of attempted murder and aggravated arson after police say he intentionally set fire to a Hillsborough residence where his former girlfriend lived.

All eight occupants of the home, including a 4-year-old, escaped unharmed, according to Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson. A pet cat perished in the fire.
