BERNARDSVILLE, NJ -- Hanna Christian, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2021, recently earned the Dean's Award with Distinction for Spring 2019.
A Bernardsville resident, Christian is a graduate of Bernards High School. She is a Psychology and Anthropology major at Colgate.
Students who receive a term grade point average of 3.6 or higher while completing at least three courses during the spring 2019 semester earn the Dean's Award with Distinction.
Christian is a defender on the Colgate University women's lacrosse team. She played in all 18 games for the Raiders, earning 10 starts, in the 2019 season. Christian earned the second-most caused turnovers on the team with 19, and also posted the third-most ground ball recoveries on the team with 27. She won four draw controls marked three shots on the year.
Christian had a career-high of four ground balls and three caused turnovers in a 13-11 win at American University and again in the Patriot League Quarterfinals at Boston University.
