HILLSBOROUGH, NJ —The Complexity Dance Center’s Company dancers will perform at Barnes and Noble’s first-ever Harry Potter Magical Holiday Ball, a festive event inspired by the Yule Ball in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

The Dec. 9 event at the Barnes & Noble store in the Somerset Shopping Center, 319 US Route 202, Bridgewater begins at 4:30 p.m.

This event will benefit local organizations and, in addition to offering fundraising opportunities, include a variety of Harry Potter activities for the whole family to enjoy.

"Complexity Dance Center is excited and thrilled to be part of this unique nationwide holiday celebration,” said Chelsea Phillip, CDC studio owner. “We are honored that Barnes and Noble has chosen our Complexity Dancers to help bring this magical event to life."

Complexity dancers will not only showcase their skills, but they will be interacting with customers and encouraging their participation.  Attendees are encouraged to wear their most festive holiday attire—or favorite Harry Potter costume—to dance the night away and celebrate the holiday season.

“The holidays are a time where imaginations can soar and wonderment fills our souls,” Phillip added. “Being able to help people translate their feelings of joy into dance is nothing short of magical as well.”
