HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Ten Zumba instructors will keep things moving Saturday from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. to raise money for Alex’s Lemonade, a nationwide charity that lends support to pediatric cancer patients and their families.
The fund raiser will be at the Hillsborough Rita’s, 381 Triangle Road.
There is a suggested donation of $10 and $5 for those 5-17-years-old.
There will be non-stop music, a DJ, raffles, prizes – and plenty of Zumba. Everyone is invited to participate.
The Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) is a national childhood cancer foundation founded by 4-year-old Alexandra “Alex” Scott; it is dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer. She held her first front yard lemonade stand when she was just 4 years old.
