BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Somerset County golfers of all ages will enjoy the Park Commission’s annual opportunity to compete in tournaments scheduled to be held at county facilities.

Each of the tournaments requires pre-registration and an entrance fee. Application forms are available in the golf shops at Neshanic Valley in Branchburg, Green Knoll on Garretson Road in Bridgewater, Warrenbrook on Warrenville Road in Warren Township, Spooky Brook at Colonial Park in Somerset, and Quail Brook on New Brunswick Road in Somerset.

The 60th Annual Michael S. Kline Memorial Somerset County Tournament for Men & Women will take place according to the following schedule:

Saturday, Sept. 7 - Spooky Brook Golf Course;

Sunday, Sept. 8 - Warrenbrook Golf Course;

Saturday, Sept. 14, Quail Brook Golf Course;

Final Round

Sunday, Sept. 15, Green Knoll Golf Course.

The competition is divided into three divisions: Championship is played scratch; Net Division uses the players USGA handicap; Seniors age 62 and above play scratch.

The tournament is open to all registered golfers ages 10 and over. Awards will be presented in each flight. Fee is $10 plus appropriate greens fees.
