SOMERVILLE, NJ - CiberSpring, with offices on Division Street, has promoted Hillsborough resident Joseph Mascaro to Salesforce Technical Lead.
In his new role, he is responsible for driving innovative methodologies for the sales force. He’ll be managing the development team, providing solution architecture consulting for enterprise clients and keeping the team up to date with the Salesforce ecosystem.
A key part of his responsibilities also includes ensuring new projects are scoped properly and identifying potential technical risks in projects before they become liabilities for clients. He supports Ciberspring clients across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Health Cloud.
“Joseph Mascaro is constantly seeking to grow, learn, and innovate and he brings that ethos to work every day, where he is constantly improving our methodology,” said Tim Rogers, CEO of Ciberspring. “In his new role, we’re confident he will continue to help drive client success.”
Mascaro joined Ciberspring as a Salesforce Solutions Architect in February 2019 and excelled in all facets of the position. An important asset to our Salesforce practice, he expertly translated client business needs into intuitive and highly tailored Salesforce instances.
Mascaro holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Drew University.
