SOMERVILLE, NJ - The Somerset County Department of Health Tuesday update shows 21 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the borough, with a total of 515 cases in Somerset County and 12 deaths caused by complications of COVID-19.
Somerset County reported 43 new cases overnight.
The Somerset County Department of Health has confirmed the deaths of four residents of Bridgewater; four North Plainfield residents, two Franklin residents; a Hillsborough resident and a Bedminster resident.
Here is the latest breakdown of confirmed cases by town: Bedminster, 11 Bernardsville Borough, 16; Bernards Township, 36; Branchburg, 27; Bridgewater, 63; Bound Brook, 18: Far Hills, 2; Franklin, 112; Green Brook, 23; Hillsborough, 45; Manville, 22; Millstone, 2; Montgomery, 20; North Plainfield, 35; Peapack-Gladstone, 3; Raritan, 10; Rocky Hill, 2; Somerville, 21; South Bound Brook, 10; Warren, 22; Watchung, 15.
Statewide, there is a total of 25,590 cases, an increase of 3,335 overnight, with the statewide death toll now at 537, an increase of 182 overnight, according to the state Department of Health.
Statewide, there is a total of 33,520 negative test results reported by the state-run and private laboratories, according to the NJDOH.
