SOMERVILLE, NJ - The number of COVID-19 related deaths in Somerset County increased to 166 on Tuesday, increasing by 4 overnight, with 4,753 in New Jersey, up from 4,377 on Monday, according to the Somerset County Department of Health.
There are 2.292 cases in Somerset County, according to statistics provided by the SCDOH, an increase of 80 overnight.
There are 74 cases in Somerville, with four deaths reported.
The SCDOH has confirmed the deaths of 50 Franklin Township residents; 33 in Bridgewater; 13 in Bernards Township, 13 in Green Brook; 11 in Hillsborough; 8 in North Plainfield; 7 in Warren; 7 in Watchung, 7 in Bound Brook; 4 in Somerville; 4 in Bedminster;; 3 in Raritan; 2 in Manville, and one each in Peapack-Gladstone, Bernardsville, Branchburg, Montgomery, and South Bound Brook.
No COVID-19 deaths have been reported in Far Hills or Rocky Hill.

Statewide, there is a total of 92.387 cases, an increase of 3,581 overnight, with the statewide death toll now at 4.753, an increase of 376 overnight, according to the State Department of Health. Statewide there have been 92,439 negative test results.
