SOMERVILLE, NJ - The Somerset County Department of Health reported a total of 3,038 coronavirus cases on Wednesday, with 251 COVID-19 related deaths.

The NJ Department of Health reported 116,264 cases, with 6.770 COVID-19 related deaths.overnight, an increase of 328 from  Tuesday.

There are 94 cases in Somerville.

The SCDOH has confirmed the deaths of 77 Franklin Township residents; 42 in Bridgewater; 24 in Bernards Township; 21 in Hillsborough; 18 in Green Brook; 18 in North Plainfield;; 11 in Watchung; 9 in Warren; 8 in Bound Brook; 5 in Raritan; 4 in Somerville; 4 in Bedminster; 2 in Branchburg; 2 in South Bound Brook; 2 in Manville, 2 in Montgomery and one each in Peapack-Gladstone and Bernardsville.

No COVID-19 deaths have been reported in Far Hills or Rocky Hill.

Here is the latest breakdown of confirmed cases by town: Bedminster, 31, Bernardsville Borough,54; Bernards Township, 195; Branchburg, 61; Bridgewater, 380; Bound Brook, 211: Far Hills, 3; Franklin, 933; Green Brook, 104; Hillsborough, 222; Manville, 98; Millstone, 2; Montgomery, 84; North Plainfield, 240; Peapack-Gladstone, 28; Raritan, 74; Rocky Hill, 5; Somerville, 94; South Bound Brook, 49; Warren, 98; Watchung, 73. 

Statewide, there is a total of 116,264 cases, an increase of 2.408 overnight, according to the State Department of Health. Statewide there have been 125,054 negative test results.

There are 1,028,217 cases in the United States, with 59,392 deaths; worldwide, there are 3,170,335 cases and 224.708 deaths, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
