SOMERVILLE, NJ - The Somerset County Department of Health Tuesday update shows 18 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the borough, with a total of 405 cases in Somerset County, and 11 deaths caused by complications of COVID-19.
Somerset County reported 74 new cases overnight, with Far Hills reporting its first case; the borough had been the only Somerset County municipality without a confirmed case of the coronavirus.
The Somerset County Department of Health has confirmed the deaths of four residents of Bridgewater; three North Plainfield residents, two Franklin residents; a Hillsborough resident and a Bedminister resident.

Statewide, there is a total of 18,696 cases, an increase of 2,060 overnight, with the statewide death toll now at 267, an increase of 69 overnight, according to the state Department of Health.
Statewide, there is a total of 27.077 negative test results reported by the state-run and private laboratories, according to the NJDOH.
