SOMERVILLE, NJ - New Jersey recorded another 198 COVID-19 related deaths overnight, bringing the statewide death toll to 9.508 on Tuesday, with the Somerset County Department of Health reporting 335 deaths and a total of 3,629 coronavirus cases, an increase of 13 overnight.

There are 113 cases in Somerville.

The SCDOH has confirmed the deaths of 97 Franklin Township residents; 52 in Bridgewater; 37 in Bernards Township; 31 in Hillsborough; 30 in North Plainfield; 24 in Green Brook; 12 in Watchung; 12 in Warren; 11 in Bound Brook; 5 in Raritan; 5 in Somerville; 4 in Bedminster; 4 in Montgomery; 4 in Manville; 2 in Branchburg; 2 in South Bound Brook; and one each in Peapack-Gladstone and Bernardsville.

No COVID-19 deaths have been reported in Far Hills or Rocky Hill.

Here is the latest breakdown of confirmed cases by town: Bedminster, 35, Bernardsville Borough, 59; Bernards Township, 218; Branchburg, 73; Bridgewater, 426; Bound Brook, 282: Far Hills, 3; Franklin, 1.134; Green Brook, 128; Hillsborough, 278; Manville, 129; Millstone, 2; Montgomery, 94; North Plainfield, 287; Peapack-Gladstone, 38; Raritan, 90; Rocky Hill, 5; Somerville, 113; South Bound Brook, 55; Warren, 108; Watchung, 77. 

Statewide, there is a total of 140,743 cases, an increase of 798 overnight, with 9,508 deaths reported, an increase of 198 since Monday, according to the State Department of Health.

There are 1,354,504 cases in the United States, with 81,076 deaths; worldwide, there are 4,222,968 cases and 288,368 deaths, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
