SOMERVILLE, NJ - The Somerset County Department of Health reported a total of 3,436 coronavirus cases on Thursday, with 313 COVID-19 related deaths, an increase of 2 overnight.

There are 104 cases in Somerville.

The SCDOH has confirmed the deaths of 88 Franklin Township residents; 52 in Bridgewater; 31 in Hillsborough; 31 in Bernards Township; 26 in North Plainfield; 23 in Green Brook; 12 in Watchung; 12 in Warren; 11 in Bound Brook; 5 in Raritan; 5 in Somerville; 4 in Bedminster; 4 in Montgomery; 3 in Manville; 2 in Branchburg; 2 in South Bound Brook; and one each in Peapack-Gladstone and Bernardsville.

No COVID-19 deaths have been reported in Far Hills or Rocky Hill.

Here is the latest breakdown of confirmed cases by town: Bedminster, 33, Bernardsville Borough,59; Bernards Township, 211; Branchburg, 74; Bridgewater, 407; Bound Brook, 253: Far Hills, 3; Franklin, 1.057; Green Brook, 126; Hillsborough, 261; Manville, 117; Millstone, 2; Montgomery, 92; North Plainfield, 275; Peapack-Gladstone, 37; Raritan, 85; Rocky Hill, 5; Somerville, 104; South Bound Brook, 54; Warren, 105; Watchung, 75. 

Statewide, there is a total of 133,635 cases, an increase of 1,745 overnight, with 8,801 deaths reported, an increase of 252 since Wednesday, according to the State Department of Health. Statewide there have been 159,023 negative test results.

There are 1,250,739 cases in the United States, with 75,423 deaths; worldwide, there are 3,825,028 cases and 267,469 deaths, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
