Expansion of One-Seat Ride Unlikely on NJ Transit Raritan Valley Line

WESTFIELD, NJ —  Raritan Valley Rail Coalition Chairman and Somerset County Freeholder Director Peter Palmer spoke about the possibility of a one-seat ride on the train line during peak hours at the RVRC meeting Monday morning at the Westfield Municipal Building.
