“This looks to be another fun and enriching event from our 4-H program,” says Freeholder Director Ronald G. Rios. “It should appeal to many families, both as a way to preserve photos and other memorabilia and as a way to celebrate family history.”
“This is another great example of the diversity of the 4-H programs,” said Freeholder Kenneth Armwood, Chair of the Business Development and Education Committee. “The preservation and sharing of family history is so important, and a visual and personal record like a scrapbook goes a long way in keeping that history alive.”
Proceeds from this event will go to support the Middlesex County 4-H, a local youth development program.
4-H is a department of Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Middlesex County and offers educational programs to all youth, grades K through 13 on an age-appropriate basis, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
