HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - All was quiet and peaceful at the Duke Farms Visitors' Center Sunday less than 24 hours after the blizzard known as Jonas buffeted central New Jersey with high winds and more than two feet of snow.

There was no activity late in the day. It was quiet and peaceful, with the faint sound of an occasional car driving past on Duke Parkway West.

The setting sun glinted ever so slightly off the array of solar panels in a field adjacent to the center while smudging the scattered clouds above with a palette of deep hues and soft pastels.
