Why Bam Desserts?

BAM Desserts consist of three partners/friends with a vision to start a speciality bakery offering an array of flavors and something different.  The name derives from the first initial of each owner.   We decided to focus our recipes on creative cake flavors.   Although we love icing, we want the flavor to stand on its own with icing as an accent.  The goal  for our treats is less icing and MORE FLAVOR.

BAM Desserts motto is to hire those with a culinary experience or passion and opportunity to use their craft to make speciality bakery pieces you may not find at your traditional bakery.  Of course, we will always have the standard flavors available as well.

Please make sure to visit us and say hello to Brande, Ari and Melissa.
