SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - 

Guidance:

  • The department is conducting exit interviews with seniors and wishes them all the best with their future endeavours.

Performing Arts:

  • The Marching Band will be performing for the VFW American Legion this week and we wish them the best with their performance!

  • Anirudh Kumar a member of the concert choir is now a member of the all-state choir so a big congratulations to him!

  • Spring Concert season is right around the corner

    • The Bands will be performing on May 22nd

    • The Percussion Ensembles will be performing on May 23rd

    • The Orchestras will be performing on May 24th

    • And the Choirs will be performing on May 30th

 

Athletics:

  • Today, both softball and baseball are competing in the 1st round of  the state tournament with both games taking place at home. Softball is playing Princeton and Baseball is playing North Brunswick.

  • The track team also has a big week ahead of them and will compete this weekend in the sectionals at Howell.

  • The GMC Softball tournament will take place at Colonia Middle School at 9:30 AM this Saturday

  • The VAC Golf Outing is on June 25th.  Anyone interested in golfing or being a sponsor, please go to the athletic website and download the forms or call Mrs. Bertucci at the High School.

Activities:

  • The Bleed Black and Gold Blood Drive hosted by Students for Public Health will take place on May 30th and 31st.

  • The Interact Club will be hosting the Para-Custodian Luncheon on May 23rd as a thank you for their hard work.

  • She’s the First will be hosting a “Cupcake Wars” competition this Friday from 6 to 8:30 PM.

  • The Model United Nations Club will hosting a dodgeball tournament on May 29th at 2:30 PM. Forms can be found inside the activities office.

  • Project Graduation forms are also out and available. Forms can be found in the activities office.
