South Brunswick Athletic Association is hosting an MLB Pitch Hit Run competition on Saturday April 29th.  The event takes place at 9AM on Rowland Park Fields #2 and #3.  This competition is open to all South Brunswick residents between the ages 7-14.  MLB PHR is a free event created to spark interest in our national pastime in youths across the country.  The competitors compete in groups based on age and gender.  Winners of the local competition move on to compete at the sectional level in late May.  Winners at the sectional level have the potential opportunity to compete at the national championship held during Major League Baseball's All Star Game festivities.  This is a great chance for South Brunswick's youths to show their skills!  Competitors will need to bring a copy of their birth certificate to the event for registration.

SBAA will also be hosting the local MLB Junior Home Run Derby on Sunday May 7th at 9AM at Rowland Park.
