The pantry is run by the township’s Department of Social Services and donations may be dropped off at the municipal building on Route 522 during normal business hours.

According to the department, almost 200 families were served in July and August.

The department also concluded its annual school backpack drive, collecting 150 backpacks with school supplies for township children in need, officials said.
