SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – The victim of a motorcycle crash on Deans Rhode Hall Road yesterday morning remains in critical condition Monday, police said.
The driver of the motorcycle, identified by police as a 20-year-old South River resident, is still listed in critical condition after his motorcycle struck a guardrail about a quarter-mile west of the Fresh Ponds Road intersection at 8:50 a.m. yesterday morning.
Rescue workers rushed the victim to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick following the crash where he was rushed into surgery for life-threatening injuries, police said.
The accident closed the road until 1 p.m. Sunday.
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
