Summertime Concerts Schedule: South Brunswick and Neighboring Municipalities


SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - This summer, there will be plenty of concerts in South Brunswick and nearby towns as the sun sets. 

All concerts listed are FREE.

South Brunswick - presented by the Township Parks and Recreation Department. All events will be held at Woodlot Park.

July 13 - Mr. Ray and Peter Rabbit (movie). Concert will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the movie expected to begin at sundown (8:45 p.m.). There will be food trucks and an inflatable obstacle course. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnic food.

July 20 - Hidden Gems - Bollywood concert beginning at 7 p.m.

July 27 - "River of Dreams," a Billy Joel tribute band beginning at 7p.m.

August 3 - a Family Movie (to be determined). Food trucks will be in attendance. Bring lawn chairs, blanket, and picnic food.

July 29 - "Satisfaction"  The International Rolling Stones Show

August 12 - "Real Diamond" a faithful re-creation of the live Neil Diamond experience

August 26 - Infernos" a band covering four decades of musical magic

In case of inclement weather, the concerts will be held at the Melvin H. Kreps Middle School Auditorium. the sponsor information hotline is 609-443-4000 ext 400 after 1 p.m. on concerts dates.

Nearly $900K Bid Received for Construction of New New Brunswick Park

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Only one company submitted a bid to build a new city park on land where three abandoned houses once stood.

A-Tech Concrete of Edison submitted a bid of $897,316.25 to construct a park on Welton Street, near Drift Street.
