About Us

At Monmouth Mobile Home Park, we know that a strong feeling of community spirit is something that will establish our position as a preferential housing choice. Monmouth Mobile Home Park (MMHP), well lit for security and safety, is centrally located in New Jersey midway between Princeton and New Brunswick. MMHP operates a 280 unit, owner occupied, family complex on a 40 acre site, adjacent to U.S. Route One in South Brunswick. Our Philosophy

The Park owners and employees are active members in Township activities and involve the Park residents in every aspect of community life through community involvement and planned community events.  Monmouth Mobile Home Park is more than somewhere to live, it is a nice place to raise your children, begin your married life or retire.  The wonderful sense of community in the Park has contributed to others in the community recognizing the residents of MMHP for their success.
