EDISON, NJ - South Brunswick pulled away from a tight game in the fourth quarter to close out a 48-40 girls basketball victory over J.P. Stevens on Monday.

Katie Rausch scored 26 points and connected on 12 free throws for South Brunswick (6-6), which outscored the Hawks, 18-13, in the final quarter.

Giana Rappoccio cleared 10 rebounds to go with five points and two assists, and Katrina Peralta had eight points, six rebounds and three steals for the Lady Vikings, who had a 21-14 halftime lead.
