SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Residents in the area of Davidson Mill Road and Broadway Lane may notice low flying helicopters in the area from April 15 through April 19. The helicopters belong to PSE&G and will be working in that area this week in order to install wires on new transmission towers according to a Nixle advisory by the South Brunswick Police Department.

The helicopters will be flying approximately 100 feet above the ground to pull a lead wire that is utilized to guide the wire. Road closures may be required. South Brunswick Police Department officers will be on hand to supervise any necessary road closures and to direct traffic.

A gas line project by PSE&G will force the closure of Stouts Lane from April 22 through April 26. Stouts Lane between Palladio Boulevard, near South Brunswick High School, and the entrance to the Target Shopping Center will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Residents are encouraged to access the high school, shopping centers and neighborhoods in that area by using Ridge Road.
