SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - The South Brunswick High School tennis team opened the 2019 season with three wins before losing a close 3-2 match with rival East Brunswick High School. After two rainouts, the Vikings bounced back with wins against Old Bridge High School and Edison High School. All of South Brunswick's wins on the court so far have been 5-0 defeats. The Vikings are scheduled to travel to Edison today to take on JP Stevens High School. JP Stevens has an 8-2 record. Currently, South Brunswick is sixth in the Central Jersey Group Four conference behind East Brunswick, Montgomery, North Brunswick, Marlboro and West Windsor-Plainsboro South High Schools. All of the conference-leading high schools boast undefeated records so far this season.
