SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Some Middlesex County towns like Milltown and Helmetta have reopened their borough offices to the public, but South Brunswick Township Offices remain closed to in-person interactions. Township offices closed their doors on March 16 during the height of the coronavirus pandemic in the Garden State. The offices and the municipal court remain closed to the public out of "an abundance of caution" according to the township's website. South BrunswickTownship employees continue to conduct business with residents over the telephone and through email. However, a date for a return to in-person interactions has not been posted.

Residents are encouraged to continue to utilize the township's online services. According to a posting on the South Brunswick Township website, residents should mail documents, applications and payments to the respective departments. A directory of department contacts can be found on the South Brunswick Township website.

East Brunswick's and Spotswood's municipal offices both remain closed to the public.
