SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - The township will provide bus transportation to the upcoming court ordered public hearing at the Middlesex County Courthouse in New Brunswick on the proposal by K.Hovnanian to build 129 townhouses in the area of the office park located at Independence Way and Route One North/ Ridge Road. Many residents are concerned about the project and its impact on the township and want to attend the meeting on December 13 at 10 a.m. in New Brunswick. The specific courtroom where the public meeting will take place has not yet been announced.

Residents taking the bus to the hearing should meet in the South Brunswick Municipal Complex parking lot in front of the Water and Sewer building. The bus will leave at 9 a.m. Residents utilizing the bus option are advised to email Donna Busacco at dbusacco@sbtnj.net. Busacco can also be reached by telephoning 732-329-4000 extension 7301.

A full set of plans on the project is available at the South Brunswick Planning Department. Residents will be able to voice their concerns about the proposed townhouse development and its impact on the township at the December 13 meeting.
