MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ - Are you feeling ALIENated? Well, Middlesex County has the cure for you! Head out to East Jersey Old Town Village for some old-fashioned sci-fi fun.

Visit the village to join in the excitement and make a non-perishable donation. Visitors will receive a bag packed with candy and other fun gifts in exchange for canned and dry goods, or monetary donation to Middlesex County's food banks.

The historic Village grounds will be open during park hours and a UFO will be on display in the park for the perfect photo op. Costumes are encouraged. For residents not able to make it out to the village in person, there is some online spooky fun created by Middlesex County artist. Simply log onto the Middlesex County website to find creepy makeup tutorials, crafts, photos, recipes and more. Online visitors will be able to listen to a performance of Orson Well's famous radio play, "War of the Worlds" from Wednesday through Sunday in honor of Halloween.

East Jersey Old Town Village is located at 1050 River Road in Piscataway. The village will be open for visitors from October 28 through November 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors are asked to bring a non-perishable food item to help stock the shelves of Middlesex County food banks.
