SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - The South Brunswick Police Department reported on Saturday, March 14 that the two residents exposed to the coronavirus at a party in Princeton at the end of February have tested positive for COVID-19. One of the residents is a student at South Brunswick High School. Both people are resting at home while they are recovering and are under home-quarantine.
Nineteen presumptive positive cases were announced in New Jersey today, bringing the total up to 69. Seven new cases were announced in Middlesex County.
South Brunswick's Office of Emergency Management was notified by the Middlesex County Department of Health this afternoon.
The South Brunswick School District will remain closed through this week. Students will continue with the remote learning that began last week.
