SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ -- South Brunswick scored 12 goals in the first half and went on to a 20-7 girls lacrosse victory over East Brunswick in the wind on Monday.

Maddy Dombrowski scored seven goals for the Vikings (4-5), who had a 12-3 lead by the half. Margot Costello finished with four goals and one assist, and Madison Butler totaled three goals and four assists for South Brunswick.

Claudia Zappia and Medha Gupta each had two goals and one assist, Bryce Redfield had a goal and an assist, and Jessica Geary also scored a goal in the victory.

Jenna Fedosh led East Brunswick with five goals. Raquel Vilas and Madelyn Farrell each had one goal for the Bears.
