SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ -- Freehold Borough rallied from a two-goal deficit to finish in a 2-2 ice hockey tie with South Brunswick on Friday.

Rushil Thummaluru gave South Brunswick (8-2-1) a 1-0 lead with a goal assisted by Joe Inzano with 10:24 left in the first period. Inzano also had the helper on the Vikings' second goal, a shot by Michael Castiello midway through the second period.

Freehold Borough scored a shorthanded goal later in the second period, and then connected with 10:31 left in the third period on the power play for a 2-2 tie. Clayton Romanok made 33 saves for South Brunswick.
