SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — After two and a half weeks in which no practices could take place, the resumption of preparation for all South Brunswick High School outdoor fall sports began this week.

The NJSIAA pushed back by nearly a month the start of the fall sports seasons, and also curtailed those seasons from the normal length of a fall season, because of COVID-19 and the adjustments that state schools are making as they operate under varying teaching models in 2020.

Two indoor sports normally contested in the fall, gymnastics and girls volleyball, have been tabled until late next winter.
