SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ -- Two members of the South Brunswick football team were named to the All-Greater Middlesex Conference team for 2019.

In addition, six other players received recognition as All-Red Division selections, as chosen by conference coaches.

Senior quarterback Gage Katzenell-Hall and sophomore kicker Jai Patel both were selected to represent the Vikings on the overall All-GMC team. Katzenell-Hall passed for 1,324 yards and 17 touchdowns and rushed for 308 yards and two TDs. Patel kicked five field goals in seven attempts, with a long field goal of 44 yards. He also landed 14 kickoffs into the end zone for touchbacks, and his punts went for a 36.2-yard average.

In addition to Katzenell-Hall and Patel, South Brunswick was represented on the Red Division team by junior WR/DB Al-Jaquan Taylor, senior RB/S Ezequiel Johnson, junior DB Dylan Boateng, junior WR/RB/DB Majid Howard-Baker, junior WR/LB Justin Lawson and senior OL/DL Akil Murugan.
