SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - Bring your child to work day is on Thursday, April 23, 2015 and Approved Fire Protection will host the fourth annual Children’s Safety Event.  The event will take place at 4219 South Clinton Avenue in South Plainfield. The event is from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Approved Fired Protection was established in 1930 and is a family run business that started the Children’s Safety Even in 2011.  The business values what a family is and wishes to help protect children of the community through safety education. 

All residents are welcome to join the event. Attendees will learn about fire safety, get live fire extinguishers training, along with a fire truck tour!  Also, the police department will discuss gun safety and cyber-bullying, along with a K9 Unit demonstration.  Each participant will receive a fire safety certificate.
