Additionally, children registered in advance will receive personalized fire safety certificates recognizing their participation at the event.
According to Nicole Silva, event coordinator and office manager at Approved Fire Protection, the annual Children’s Safety Event program offers children a fun-filled afternoon along with the opportunity to learn how to stay safe.
“This event was started because we value family and we believe that safety education is the best way to protect the children within our community,” said Silva. “With the help of our community, we are proud to know that the children leave our event more conscious about staying safe in a variety of ways. The team and I always look forward to this event with the hopes of attracting a bigger audience each year.”
