SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Summer might be in full swing, but back to school is just around the corner and at Creative Kids Academy (CKA) plans are already under way for September. The Clinton Avenue preschool will welcome students back on Sept. 5 and a few full- and half-day spots are still available.
CKA offers a Pre-K program as well as 3- and 4-year-old and 2- and 3-year-old classes. The school’s intimate atmosphere features small class sizes and low student-teacher ratios, providing all children with patient, dedicated, and individualized attention.
“Here, the goal is to nurture students academically and socially while also serving as a second home for children,” said the school’s owner and director Dan Rinaldi, adding, “We are focused on helping children develop the academic and the social skills they will need for years to come.”
During the academic year (September through June), CKA offers full- and half-day pre-kindergarten programs five, three or two days a week run by certified teachers and teacher’s aides. Extended and early care services are also available.
The curriculum, which is constantly strengthened to meet today’s every changing education standards, is designed to prepare all students for letter and number recognition, discovery in science, math and many other areas of early education.
“We pride ourselves in staying up-to-date with what’s going on in the K-5 schools in our area so that our students are better prepared,” said Rinaldi, a former teacher himself, adding that CKA also provides a ‘well-balanced atmosphere through which necessary life skills can be attained.’
Additionally, at CKA, all educational services are balanced out with fun activities, including themed weeks, special ‘crazy hair’ or ‘crazy sock’ days, parties, a holiday show, and trips as well as visits from the Fun Bus, the Travelin' Tumblers and Swift Farm Petting Zoos.
“At CKA, we are dedicated to constructing the foundation for education and socialization while providing an environment where kids can still be kids,” he said, adding that at CKA, the overall goal is to ensure that students receive the best possible care, support and guidance.
“These kids are our future and this school is their second home,” Rinaldi said. “We have made a commitment to our town and our children.”
Creative Kids Academy is located at 1615 Clinton Avenue in South Plainfield. To register for the 2018-2019 school year or to schedule a tour of the school, call 908-753-4477 or email Dan Rinaldi at firstname.lastname@example.org.
