The South Plainfield Middle School PTO President Debbie Boyle, Vice President Nicole Plate, Treasurer Eileen Brady and Webmaster/Public Relations Suzanne Butrico, Jenn Falcone, Tree Olano and  South Plainfield High School Student Council Advisor Tony Encinas and the Student Council will host their eleventh (11) annual Blood Drive at the South Plainfield High School Auditorium with the New Jersey/New York Blood Center, Ms. Barbara Pearson on February 7, 2017 and again on May 23, 2017, 7:00 am to 2:30 pm.  The blood drive is open to all 16 year olds with parental written permission and those 17 years and older with their identifications and personal consent signed forms.  Teachers, staff members, administrators and residents are welcome to give the "Gift of Life."   High School Principal Ronnie Spring welcomes the blood drive to the high school, as in previous years.  The Alyx Machine, automated red cell collection system that collects enough red cells to treat two patients, will be available.
