Did you miss a movie that you wanted to see in the theaters and don’t want to pay to rent it or for the DVD? Come to “Monday Night Movies” at the library. It’s all the fun of a movie theater but none of the cost. We are showing brand new releases every Monday night and we will be providing popcorn for all who attend. Please note that the doors for the movie will open at 6:15 so we can finish setting up for the movie. This week’s movie Himesh Patel and Lily James. Jack Malik (Patel) is a struggling singer-songwriter in a tiny English seaside town whose dreams of fame are rapidly fading, despite the fierce devotion and support of his childhood best friend, Ellie (James). Then, after a freak bus accident during a mysterious global blackout, Jack wakes up to discover that The Beatles have never existed. The good news is that he can "write" all of The Beatles' greatest hits himself now. But how long will it be before his little trick is discovered, and he's exposed as a fraud? The movie that is shown on Monday night will also be shown again on the subsequent Wednesday at 12:30 pm for those that can’t make the Monday night showing or don’t like to drive at night. Stop by the library and pick up a schedule of the movies being shown.
