Dollar Tree Robbed by Men Wielding Knives

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Two men brandishing carving knives and wearing ski masks robbed the Dollar Tree Store located in the Middlesex Mall on Hadley Road at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two suspects were wearing dark pants and dark sweatshirts. The men are described as being either white or Hispanic, between 20 and 25 years of age and both being approximately 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10.

A store clerk reported the men came through the doors brandishing carving knives and demanding cash.  The perpetrators fled with approximately $3,000 in cash and headed west through the parking lot.
